First, Juve host Inter this Tuesday, followed by the second leg in Milan on April 26th. Underdog Cremonese and Fiorentina will also meet in the other semifinal and the Viola are in excellent form. We’ll take a look at the odds from both first leg matchups as we review the Coppa Italia Semifinals odds

Semifinals Matches

JUV Juventus vs Inter Milan INT

Date, Time:

Juventus completed a Serie A season sweep of Inter Milan when the Bianconeri won 1-0 at the San Siro in mid-March. Filip Kostic’s goal was the difference and Juventus also defeated Inter 2-0 in Turin back in November.

Juve will get to host the first leg of the Coppa Italia on Tuesday at the Allianz Stadium following a 1-0 Serie A win over Verona last Saturday. Juve’s defense has been excellent recently, as they’ve kept three straight clean sheets, in all competitions. Meanwhile, Inter Milan have dropped four of their last five Serie A matches and are looking low on confidence in forward areas.

Regardless, the Coppa Italia Semifinals odds list this match as a pick’em. Juventus are -155 favorites to cover, while Inter Milan pk displays +125 odds. Juventus are +125 moneyline favorites, while Inter’s moneyline comes in at +230. Although Inter aren’t necessarily expected to win this game, they are the favorites to qualify for the final over two legs, at -145 odds.

Inter have concerningly failed to score in their last three matches and also haven’t found the net vs. Juventus this season. Still, Inter show -200 odds to find the back of the net in this match. Argentine striker Lautauro Martinez leads the Nerazzurri, with 17 goals in all competitions this season.

Those betting on the Coppa Italia should know how dangerous Angel di Maria has been for Juventus this season when healthy. The World Cup winner has managed 1.02 goal contributions per 90 minutes in 2022-23. He and Dusan Vlahovic could certainly give the Inter defense problems. With attacking talent on both sides, over two goals are priced at -140 odds for the match. With the form Inter are in, it’s likely they’d be happy to come away from Turin with a draw. A tie sits at +220 odds and these teams drew 2-2 in last year’s Coppa Italia final before Inter won in extra time.

CRE Cremonese vs Fiorentina FIO

Date, Time:

It is somewhat baffling that Cremonese have just one Serie A win but have knocked out both Napoli and Roma from the Coppa Italia. Such is the beauty of knockout cup competitions and a Coppa Italia trophy could be the silver lining on a horrific season otherwise.

However, the Coppa Italia Semifinals odds price Fiorentina as massive favorites to qualify for the final. With the excellent form the Viola are in, they enter the first leg as -1000 favorites advance. They’ll want to put in a good showing away from home on Wednesday to get one foot in the final.

Hosts Cremonese enter this match as 0.5-goal underdogs at +110 odds to cover the spread. They have put together the worst home record in Serie A this season, at 1-3-10.

Cremonese’s 2-1 Coppa Italia win over Roma and penalty shootout victory over Napoli both came on the road.

This season, Fiorentina have already won in Cremona as the Viola defeated Cremonese 2-0 in March. The Viola also won the Serie A reverse fixture, 3-2. Rolando Mandragora scored in each of the Serie A matches vs. Cremonese this season.

With their recent form and success vs. Cremonese this season already, Fiorentina -0.5 displays -140 odds. The visitors also show the same moneyline odds and are expected to get on the board in this one. Fiorentina over 1.5 goals comes in at -115 odds, while under 2.5 goals are priced at -125 for the match.

Joint-leading Fiorentina goal scorer Luka Jovic did miss the 1-0 win over Inter with an illness, though. Arthur Cabral has also scored 11 goals in all competitions this season and should get the start if Jovic can’t suit up.
